After 30 years of intensive work and professional training in the Spa industry in different countries, Clotilde Ortiz, Spa Director for “Hyatt International” and “Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts”, together with Sebastián Matías Varela, Senior Technician in Hotel Administration and Management, created their own Management and Consulting company in 2003 to offer their Knowledge and Experience to Companies interested in giving a Unique and Differentiating service to their Clients.
