After 20 years of intensive work and professional training in the spa industry in different countries, Clotilde Ortiz, Spa Director for “Hyatt International” and “Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts”, together with Sebastián Matías Varela, Senior Technician in Administration and Hotel Management. In 2003, they created their own Management and Advice Company to offer their Knowledge and Experience to Companies interested in providing a Unique and Differentiating service to their Clients.
